We are pleased to invite you to an STMicroelectronics & Avnet Silica Technical Seminar, offering a practical introduction to the new STM32C5 microcontroller family and its development ecosystem.
During this hands-on seminar, experts from STMicroelectronics and Avnet Silica will guide you through the STM32C5 platform and the new development environment, including STM32CubeMX2, VS Code and HAL2. The programme combines technical insights with practical exercises, giving you the opportunity to explore peripheral configuration, application development and FreeRTOS directly on the NUCLEO-C542RC development board.
We also plan to address the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) as a highly relevant topic for today’s embedded developments and connect it with the subjects covered during the workshop

Hands-on Session 3 | Introduction to FreeRTOS
- Getting started with an operating system
- Building and running a basic FreeRTOS application

- Connecting current cybersecurity requirements with embedded development
The workshop will be supported by NUCLEO-C542RC boards, allowing participants to follow the practical exercises throughout the seminar.
